Where Does Morgan Wallen Live? What Is Reported in 2026

So where does Morgan Wallen live? In Tennessee, and the reporting places him in the Nashville area. Architectural Digest reported in October 2025 that Wallen is still based in Tennessee. It added that as his fame grew, he moved toward a quieter life on a big farm outside Nashville.

No credible report gives his current address. In his I’m the Problem zine, as Holler reported in December 2025, Wallen called the farm “just a nice getaway.”

That is about as far as the public record goes, and this page stays inside it. Below is what has been reported about the farm and the Nashville house he sold in 2021. Next come the home claims that circulate online without a source, then a short section on his hometown.

What Is Reported and What Is Not

Question	What the reporting supports	Status
Where does he live?	Tennessee, in and around Nashville	Several outlets
Is the farm his home?	Architectural Digest and The Boot tie his home life to it, but Wallen calls it a getaway	Not settled
Main residence	No outlet names one	Not reported
Farm size and purchase	About 1,700 acres, bought in 2023	One outlet
Former Nashville house	Melrose area, bought for $700,000 in April 2020, sold for $835,000 in July 2021	One outlet
Hometown	Sneedville, Hancock County	Several outlets
Price of any current property	None reported	Not reported

Several outlets means two or more of the cited reports agree. One outlet means a single report, even if others repeat it. Not settled means the reports point different ways, and not reported means no credible report was found.

Where Does Morgan Wallen Live Now?

The newest reporting on his home life dates from late 2025. That reporting says Morgan Wallen lives in Tennessee and ties his time at home to his farm, but it does not name a main residence. The answer to where he lives now is therefore an area, not a property. Architectural Digest also says he does not live at his downtown Nashville bar.

Morgan Wallen’s Farm Outside Nashville

Billboard’s December 2023 cover story reported that Wallen had bought a farm outside Nashville earlier that year. The magazine’s photo gallery from the cover shoot puts the property at 1,700 acres, a figure Architectural Digest later repeated and credited to Billboard.

The farm came up again in December 2025 in his I’m the Problem zine. Holler reported that Wallen says he intends to keep it for the long term and that a few songs for the album took shape there. The Boot, writing about the same zine, described the farm as the place where he writes and unwinds.

Morgan Wallen’s Former House in Nashville’s Melrose Area

The only Morgan Wallen house with documented sale figures is one he no longer owns. Architectural Digest places it in Melrose, a Nashville neighborhood, and describes a house of more than 2,700 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The same report says Wallen bought it in April 2020 for $700,000 and sold it in July 2021 for $835,000.

That is $135,000 more than he paid, or roughly 19 percent, before agent fees, taxes and any work done on the house, none of which has been reported. No report reviewed quotes Wallen on why he sold, so no reason is offered here.

Is There a Morgan Wallen Mansion or House Tour?

None of the reports reviewed describes a Morgan Wallen mansion. The one house with documented figures is the Melrose house he sold, which has more than 2,700 square feet, and the farm is described by its acreage, not its buildings. No official tour, interior photos or floor plan of a current Wallen home turned up from Wallen, his label or a news outlet.

Search results for a Morgan Wallen house tour are crowded with celebrity-home sites, but no report reviewed offers one. The Nashville house has had a different owner since 2021, and no tour of the farm turned up.

Home Claims That Circulate Online

Claim you may see	What the reports show
A price for Morgan Wallen’s current home, from about $3 million to $8 million	That range appears on celebrity-home sites. None of the reports reviewed gives a price for a current property.
The $835,000 figure presented as the price of his current house	That is the 2021 sale price of the Nashville house he sold, according to Architectural Digest. It is not the price of a house he owns today.
A beach house in another state	None of the reports reviewed describes a property outside Tennessee.
A named Nashville neighborhood as his current address	No outlet reviewed names one, and this page does not repeat the neighborhood names that circulate online.
That he lives on the farm full time	Reports tie the farm to his home life, but Wallen calls it a getaway, and no outlet says it is his only home.

If a home claim names no source a reader can open, treat it as unconfirmed, however confidently it is worded.

Where Is Morgan Wallen From?

Morgan Wallen’s hometown is Sneedville, a small town in East Tennessee. Biography.com says he was born there in 1993. Sneedville is the county seat of Hancock County, and about 1,300 people lived there at the 2020 census.

He moved to the Knoxville area while he was in school. Billboard places the move in his middle school years, while Biography.com says it came when he was a high school freshman, so the exact year is not settled. He graduated from Gibbs High School in Corryton, in Knox County, in 2011.

After competing on season 6 of The Voice in 2014, where he was eliminated in the playoffs, he moved to Nashville, according to Biography.com. In April 2025 the Knox County School Board voted unanimously to name the Gibbs baseball field Morgan Wallen Field, as WATE and TN Firefly both reported.

Timeline: Morgan Wallen was born in Sneedville in 1993, went to school near Knoxville, then moved to Nashville after 2014 — Created for this page from the reports cited in this section. No address is shown.

Why This Page Does Not Give Morgan Wallen’s Home Address

Many people who search for Morgan Wallen’s house location or home address are simply curious. Wallen told Billboard in 2023 that he doesn’t really go to the grocery store, and he tied that to how big his fame has become. With that kind of attention, a published address is a real risk, because anyone can read it, including people who mean harm to a household and its neighbors.

For those reasons, this page does not publish an address or search property records to find one. It also leaves out the street of his former Nashville house, since it now belongs to someone else, and it does not repeat addresses printed elsewhere.

The Bottom Line

The reports agree on the big picture. Morgan Wallen lives in Tennessee, and his home life is tied to the farm outside Nashville. The answer would change if Wallen says where his Tennessee home is, or if a credible outlet reports it on the record. A rumor or a listing photo would not be enough.

How This Article Was Checked

Facts come from the published reports listed under Sources, each with its date. Where an outlet repeated another outlet’s figure, as Architectural Digest did with the farm’s acreage, the original source is named. The farm rests on Billboard’s reporting and on Wallen’s own zine comments, as relayed by Holler and The Boot. The Nashville house rests on the sale figures in Architectural Digest.

Searches for newer reporting on his home were run on November 3 and 4, 2026. Results for this topic are crowded with celebrity-home sites that cite no source. A credible report here means one from a news outlet or trade publication, or from Wallen or his team.

The page relies on published reporting only. It is not based on a visit or an interview, no property records were searched, and it shows no photo of any home. An AI assistant helped draft it. The site’s editorial policy explains how pages like this are written, edited and reviewed.
