    Terms & Conditions

These terms set out the rules for using propertyliftup.com. By reading, commenting on, or otherwise using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

    Last updated: 10 September 2026

    1. Who These Terms Are Between

In this document, “PropertyLiftUp”, “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the publication operating at propertyliftup.com. “You” means anyone using the site.

PropertyLiftUp is an independent editorial publication. It is not a real estate agency, brokerage, law firm, lender, or contractor, and it does not act as any of those.

    2. Using the Site

You may read our articles, share links to them, and quote short passages with attribution. That is what the site is for.

    You may not:

    • Copy or republish our articles, in whole or in substantial part, on another website or in print
    • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest the site in a way that burdens our servers
    • Attempt to gain access to any part of the site that is not public
    • Introduce malicious code, or use the site to distribute it
    • Use our content to train a commercial machine learning model without our written permission
    • Present our work as your own

    3. Our Content Belongs to Us

All articles, photographs, graphics, page layouts, and the PropertyLiftUp name and logo are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You are welcome to quote a short extract, up to roughly one paragraph, provided you credit PropertyLiftUp and link to the original article. Anything beyond that requires written permission, which you can request at admin@propertyliftup.com. We usually say yes.

Where we reproduce material owned by someone else, such as a photograph of a property, it remains the property of its owner and is used under license, permission, or fair use.

    4. Comments and Anything Else You Submit

When you post a comment or send us material, you keep ownership of it. You also give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the site, and to quote it in future articles with attribution.

By submitting anything, you confirm that it is your own work or that you have the right to share it, that it is not defamatory or unlawful, and that it does not contain anyone’s private information.

We moderate comments and may edit or remove any of them. Removal is not censorship of disagreement; we remove spam, abuse, link placement, and material that publishes private information. Comments that simply say we are wrong stay up, and we would rather have them than not.

    5. This Site Is Not Professional Advice

This is the most important clause here, so it is set out plainly.

Everything on PropertyLiftUp is general information for a general audience. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, real estate advice, engineering advice, or construction advice for your particular situation.

Reading this site does not create any professional or advisory relationship between us. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a licensed professional in your own state who can look at your actual circumstances. Our Disclaimer covers this in more detail.

    6. Accuracy

We research carefully and correct errors when we find them. We do not, however, warrant that everything on the site is accurate, complete, or current at the moment you read it.

Costs, interest rates, building codes, tax rules, and product availability change constantly. An article that was correct when written may not be correct today. Where a figure matters to a decision you are making, verify it against a current primary source.

    7. Links to Other Websites

We link to outside sources so readers can check our work. We do not control those websites, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on the destination site.

    8. Advertising and Affiliate Relationships

This site may carry advertising, sponsored articles, and affiliate links. Sponsored articles are labeled. Affiliate links are disclosed on the pages that contain them.

Any dealing you have with an advertiser or a company we link to is between you and them. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for what they do.

    9. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropertyLiftUp and anyone working with it will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on anything published on it. This includes financial loss, loss of data, business interruption, and any indirect or consequential loss, whether or not we were told such loss was possible.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this clause may not apply to you.

    10. Indemnity

If your use of this site, or anything you post on it, causes a claim to be brought against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and legal fees that result.

    11. Availability

We try to keep the site running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may remove or retire articles without notice.

    12. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, write to admin@propertyliftup.com with Copyright in the subject line. Include the material in question, its address on our site, proof of your ownership, and your contact details. We investigate every notice and remove infringing material promptly where a claim is valid.

    13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where this publication is operated. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

This does not remove any protection available to you under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

    14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept the new version.

    15. If Part of This Is Unenforceable

If a court finds any clause here invalid or unenforceable, that clause is removed and the rest of the terms continue to apply.

    16. Contact

Questions about these terms go to admin@propertyliftup.com.
