We read everything that comes in. Corrections, questions, disagreements, and story suggestions are all welcome, and the message reaches the person who actually writes the articles rather than a support queue.
The fastest way to reach us is admin@propertyliftup.com.
We aim to reply within two to three business days. PropertyLiftUp is an independent publication run by a small team, so some weeks are slower than others. If a message goes unanswered for longer than a week, it is worth sending again rather than assuming it was ignored.
Reporting a Correction
If you find something on this site that is wrong, out of date, or misleading, please tell us. This is the kind of message we most want to receive.
To help us act on it quickly, include:
- The full address of the page
- The sentence or figure that is incorrect
- What the correct information is, and a source if you have one
We check every correction against the original source. When a report is confirmed, we fix the article and note the change. Our Editorial Policy explains how that process works.
Questions About a Property or a Person
We cover celebrity homes and luxury real estate, which means we sometimes write about properties connected to real people.
If you are the owner of a property we have covered, or represent someone who is, and you believe an article contains an error or raises a privacy concern, write to us at the address above with the word Privacy in the subject line. We treat these messages as a priority and review them within two business days.
We do not publish home addresses, and we do not publish details that are not already part of the public record.
Story Suggestions
If there is a question about your home that you cannot find a straight answer to online, that is exactly the kind of thing we like to write about. Tell us what you were trying to find out and where the existing coverage let you down.
We cannot promise to cover every suggestion, but we do read all of them, and several articles on this site started as a reader question.
Partnerships, Advertising, and Press
For advertising, sponsorship, or press enquiries, write to admin@propertyliftup.com with the word Partnership in the subject line.
Please read our Editorial Policy before writing. In short: we label sponsored content clearly, we do not sell links inside editorial articles, and we do not accept payment in exchange for a positive review. Enquiries that ask for any of those things will not receive a reply.
Follow the Publication
New articles are posted on LinkedIn and Facebook. You can also leave a comment underneath any article, and we reply to those as often as we can.
What We Cannot Help With
We want to be straight with you about the limits of what we do, so that nobody waits on a reply that is not coming.
We are a publication, not a real estate agency, law firm, or contractor. That means we cannot value your property, review your contract, recommend a specific agent or builder in your area, tell you whether a particular purchase is a good idea, or advise on a legal or tax question about your own situation.
For any of those, you need a licensed professional in your own state. What we can do is help you understand the subject well enough to ask that professional better questions.
